Programme

Why do we need to indicate our first and second choices for the breakout sessions?

As there are limited seats available per breakout session, this approach allows us to quickly save you a spot in your preferred choices, especially if your first option is oversubscribed. In addition, to ensure equal opportunity for all organisations, a cap of 4 representatives per organisation will be applied if the session is oversubscribed.

What happens if all my choices are oversubscribed?

We will do our best and cater for more spots for sessions that are highly subscribed. However, in the event such a situation does occur, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
